When your doctor orders laboratory work for you, show your Lab Card Select and/or your insurance card with the LabOne logo and tell them that you would like to use the benefit. Instructions to your doctor's office are printed on the back of your Lab Card Select ID Card.

Your doctor's office collects your specimens and calls the Lenexa testing facility for pickup.

The testing facility performs the tests and sends the results to your doctor (usually within 24 hours).
